HOW TO WEAR

First, put on the applicator given in the box over the foot. It helps to slide the stockings class 2 up towards the knee. Insert your hand in the stocking and hold the heel portion in your palm. Now reverse the stocking outward. Slide the inverted stocking such that its heel portion fits your heel perfectly. Now slowly start pulling up the stocking and make sure there are no creases.
