HIGH ARCH
High arch is characterized by very rigid foot with an arch that sits higher from the ground, a well-defined arch, excessive pressure to the forefoot. It is usually classified as a supinated foot and is more rigid than other feet. The foot absorbs most of the impact and shock when walking/running.
